Goals: Increase breath control, build cardiovascular endurance and if desired, prepare to join a swim team.

SWIM TEAM PREP
AGE: 5+ YEARS

Ratio: up to 6 swimmers, 1 instructor
Tuition: $40 Per Class
Class Length: 45 Minutes

Core Skills: Flip turns, circle swimming, Increase breath control, increase cardiovascular endurance, swim team verbiage.
Goals: Prepare for a smooth transition to swim team.

INTENSIVES
