Billing & Tuition

  • Yes, monthly tuition will be prorated based on start date.

  • Yes. Our annual registration fee is $25 per swimmer, with a family max of $35.

    ESA Registration Fee is $100 per family.

  • Yes, we accept ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) and Class Wallet payments. These programs provide flexible funding for eligible students, and we're happy to support families using these options. Please contact us if you need help with processing payments or have any questions about using ESA or Class Wallet.

    ESA Family Registration is $100 per family.

 

General

  • Yes. All children 3 and under must wear a reusable swim diaper. Our required brand is Happy Nappy made by Splash About. They are a reusable swim diaper with a fitted waistband and fitted thigh bands. We have Happy Nappies available at our Queen Creek pool. With advanced notice, we can bring them to our other pool locations for purchase.

  • Yes, for every family you refer, you’ll receive a $50 credit for you & $50 credit for your friend when they enroll in lessons.

    Please note, they must list your name in the referral section of the registration form.

  • We are closed for all major Holidays (including Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.)

  • Every child learns at their own pace. What we have seen that will help them learn at a deeper level and a faster pace is consistent attendance, repetition and practice at home. We love to come alongside your child no matter their level and pace and help them build confidence in the water.

  • One of our Chandler pool locations is located inside the Ocotillo Village Health Club. Swim lessons at this location are for Ocotillo Village members only. All information about this location has “Ocotillo Village - Members Only” prominently displayed.

  • Yes. We strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for swimmers of many abilities and learning styles. Many children with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, anxiety, and other special needs thrive in swim lessons with patience, consistency, and individualized instruction.

    We encourage families to share any information that may help us best support their swimmer so we can recommend the most appropriate class setting and instructor

  • Please have your child dressed in their swimsuit and bring a towel. They are welcome to bring goggles if they have a pair they're comfortable with, but they are not mandatory.

 

Classes

  • You can schedule an in-person assessment at either location.

  • Group classes are 30 minutes (some exceptions apply.) Private lessons are 20 or 30 minutes. Semi-Private lessons are 30 minutes.

  • Yes. Please email info@littleflippersaz.com for availability.

  • Please submit your absence on the LFS App. Notification of an absence must be made the day prior to the absence to be eligible for a make-up lesson. Illness-related absences may be reported to us via call, text, or e-mail by 9:00am the day of your lesson. Make-up lessons for a missed private/semi-private lesson may be offered in a group class. Make-up lessons  cannot  be scheduled more than 7 days in advance and must be used within 60 days of the absence.

  • If you wish to withdraw, please complete our withdrawal form. You can complete that here.

    Withdrawal forms must be received by noon on the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month's tuition. 

  • A drop-in lesson is a lesson available for one day only. It is not a consistent or weekly time slot.

  • An intensive class is an 8-day class offered 4 days per week for 2 consecutive weeks. They are a great opportunity to jump start confidence and core skills with consistency and repetition.

  • Yes! You are welcome to sit and watch at all of our locations. In Queen Creek, we have inside seating with windows and TV screens live streaming the pool. Additionally, we have limited outdoor seating.

  • Please have the LFS App downloaded to your phone with notifications turn on. This is the quickest way for us to notify you of pool closures due to weather!

  • Ongoing classes begin on your next scheduled lesson day after enrolling. Intensives start on the date listed in your registration confirmation.
