COACH & ME
Our Coach and Me classes are designed to provide students with additional confidence in the water, as well as, the technical swim skills they need to become more proficient in each swim stroke.
TECHNIQUE I
AGE: 4+ YEARS

Ratio: up to 4 swimmers, 1 instructor
Tuition: Varies By Location

Core Skills: side breath, freestyle kicks and arms, backstroke kicks and arms, treading water.
Goals: freestyle with confident side breath, backstroke kicks, arms and timing, treading water for 45 seconds with head above water and independent submerge.

Prerequisites: graduated from the Intermediate II Class at LFS, swim-roll-float 30 feet.
TECHNIQUE II
AGE: 4+ YEARS

Ratio: up to 4 swimmers, 1 instructor
Tuition: Varies By Location

Core Skills: breaststroke legal kicks, arms, and timing.
Goals: breaststroke kick, arms and timing, 2 hand touch/turn, treading water for 30 seconds with head above water, competitive dive.

Prerequisites: graduated from the Technique I Class at LFS, freestyle and backstroke. May require a swim assessment. Goggles required.
TECHNIQUE III
AGE: 4+ YEARS

Ratio: up to 4 swimmers, 1 instructor
Tuition: Varies By Location

Core Skills: two hand touch, butterfly kicks, arms.
Goals: butterfly kicks, arms, 2 hand touch/turn and timing, flip turns, IM (Fly-Back-Breast-Free), continue work on competitive dive.

Prerequisites: graduated from the Technique II Class at LFS, breaststroke. May require a swim assessment.
